Join us for a heartfelt + healing experienced dedicated to those who are navigating the journey of animal grief.

We welcome you if you:
💛Are experiencing grief around the loss a beloved animal
💛Work or volunteer in animal welfare or veterinary medicine
💛Are supporting a loved one through their loss
💛Are anticipating the loss of an animal

We welcome practitioners of all levels. This gathering is more than just a yoga class; it's a supportive space where you can connect with others who understand the unique pain of losing such a vital part of our lives. Through open expression and shared experiences, you'll find comfort in knowing you're not alone.

Looking for something to do this weekend that’s not 120°? has you covered!

In an effort to raise $60k for local rescues this summer, and Incredibullstella are hosting pop-up events each weekend with unique things to do!

This Saturday, I’ll be leading a gentle yoga flow from 10-11ish, followed by pressed flower frames with Tara! It’s gonna be a great morning full of zen and creativity.

Price for Yoga: $25
Price for Yoga + Pressed Flowers: $50
Venmo (Tara McKinney) prior to Saturday to register so we can get a headcount!

My heart is hurting so, so much for this girl. She is partially blind so naturally feeling scared and defensive at the shelter. She could really use a quiet place to rest and she is set to be euthanized tomorrow morning if we can’t find her one.

Do you know anyone that could provide a room, some food, and some love for her? We will find her a rescue so you have no financial responsibility! She just needs to feel safe and loved.

June 4th + 19th: Wind down with gentle flow and static stretching followed by a deeply restorative guided meditation.

June 13th: Prepare for a restful night with slow flow and guided meditation designed to help you ease into sleep.

June 23rd: Try something new with a 45-min. gentle flow followed by a 45-min. hypnosis with sound healing.
