🍁 Fall Recipe: Roasted Sweet Potato & Quinoa Bowl

As the weather cools down, nourish your body with warm, grounding foods that support energy and balance. This Roasted Sweet Potato & Quinoa Bowl is packed with fiber, antioxidants, and plant-based protein—perfect for hormone health and sustained energy. 🌿

✨ Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato, cubed
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup baby spinach
½ cup roasted chickpeas
¼ avocado, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinnamon, salt & pepper. Roast at 400°F for 25 minutes.
2️⃣ In a bowl, layer quinoa, spinach, and roasted chickpeas.
