Healthy homemade mint icecream!! Oh, then either add chocolate blended to chips, or dip in dark chocolate mmmmm..
Recipe:
6 fat pitted dates, 1/2 cup h**p hearts, 1.5 cups spring water, 1TBS lionsmane powder, 1TBS Marshmallow root powder, 1/4 cup quality extra virgin olive oil, a handful of spinach, 4-6 drops mint oil, or a handful of fresh mint leaves.
Blend all in magic bullet or a good food processor, until all creamy. If too thick, add a bit more water to create the sloppy consistency of melted icecream, still a bit thick and slightly runny. (If you make it too runny by mistake you can always add half an avocado to cream thicken). Blend, leave to chill in fridge a few hours, then either quick blend to aerate and pour into icepop molds, or pour into an icecream freezer bowl and stir until desired icecreamy consistency, eat it straight from icecream freezer bowl or transfer to tub if you have more self control.. can also pulse blend a few squares of chocolate in for mint choc chip. For icepops after they have set overnight in the freezer, melt chocolate and dip them all around using a spoon to spread the choc, then return to freezer to set.
Ohh the luxuries of life here are so delicious and healthy!! 💗🧚♂️
