Cupping therapy is a natural pain relief technique that works by increasing circulation, easing muscle tension, and supporting the body’s healing response. This ancient practice is used for everything from muscle recovery and stress relief to improving energy and restoring balance.
If you’re looking for a holistic way to reduce pain, boost circulation, and support your overall wellness, cupping therapy may be the solution.
Have you experienced the benefits of cupping yet?

Acupuncture is more than just pain relief. While it’s well known for reducing discomfort, it also supports your nervous system, hormones, digestion, and overall mental clarity.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, hormonal imbalances, gut issues, or brain fog, acupuncture helps your body reset and restore.

Just because your labs are “normal” doesn’t mean they’re optimal — and it doesn’t mean everything is functioning the way it should.

Many people are told their results are fine, even when they know something feels off.
We approach lab work differently. Instead of simply checking for disease or waiting until values fall outside of standard ranges, we look at the full picture. That means paying attention to trends over time, how different markers relate to each other, and whether your levels support proper function — not just the absence of illness. Spotting early shifts allows us to address imbalances before they develop into more noticeable symptoms or long-term issues.

We take time to explain your labs in a way that makes sense, so you can feel more confident in your care and more connected to your body. Understanding what’s going on internally is a powerful first step toward change.

Our 4 summer non-negotiables as naturopathic doctors:

1. Mineral SPF: Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide form a physical barrier between your skin and the sun. They’re gentler on sensitive skin and skip the synthetic chemicals. (Bonus: they’re contain less potential hormone disruptors, too.)
2. Hydration WITH electrolytes: In the summer heat, water alone isn’t enough. We sweat, ALOT, so it’s important we replenish lost minerals—like sodium, potassium, and magnesium—to keep our energy, focus, and moods stable.
3. Grounding daily: Touch grass, literally. Barefoot time in nature (grass, sand, dirt) helps regulate inflammation, cortisol, and your nervous system. It’s one of the most underrated forms of medicine.
4. Morning light before screen time: The sun rises earlier in summer—take advantage! Early light exposure sets your circadian rhythm, supports hormone balance, and boosts mood and sleep quality.

Wellness doesn’t need to be fancy—it just needs to be intentional 🌞

Which of these are already part of your summer rhythm?
