Join Yulia Ray for a welcoming, beginner-friendly introduction to the foundations of yoga. In this Yoga Alignment Fundamentals Workshop, you’ll learn the basics of common poses, simple breathing techniques, and how to move safely and confidently on the mat.

Pilates uses deep breathwork to strengthen your core, lengthen the body, and engage small ‘twitch’ muscles important for stabilization. Our Strength (Barre) classes combine the principles of ballet, yoga and barre, and our Sweat (Hot Pilates) classes utilize Pilates breath and core techniques in a low impact, HIIT-style workout. As in yoga, breath-work is the ‘secret sauce.’

March MATNess is our studio-wide challenge designed to help you build consistency, try new class formats, and have fun showing up for yourself.

✨ How it works:
• $25 for unlimited classes all month long
• Track your progress with stickers on our foyer wall chart
• Explore 5 formats: Swift (Heated Flow), Steady (Warm Flow), Sweat (Hot Pilates), Strength (Barre-Less Barre), Settle (Yin)
• Bonus: Sunday Still (Nidra) on March 15

We now have a standing weekly Sunday morning class!

It’s our weekend 75 min format that combines sweat / work with relax / chill. 💪🙏

Swift (Heated Flow), Steady (Warm Flow) or Strength (Barre), followed by an extended Still (Nidra), Settle (Yin) or Sound (Sound).

Word in studio is that it’s the perfect weekend reset. 🍃
