Both classes will make you feel strong, energized, and accomplished, but they each bring something a little different to your movement practice. 💚

✨ Barre (Strength)
A low-impact, controlled workout focused on small, precise movements. Barre is a combo of yoga, ballet, and Pilates. Think: pulses, holds, and both deep and ‘twitch’ muscle engagement.

🔥 Hot Pilates (Sweat)
A higher-energy, heat-based class based upon the breathwork and principles of Pilates, designed to get your heart rate up while lengthening your body and building strength.

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

You don’t have to quit what you love.
You just have to adapt it.

As life changes—so should your habits:
• Your workouts
• Your sleep
• Your recovery
• Your routine

Five days of hot yoga might become two.
Running might become walking.
Yoga might be paired with Pilates or strength training.

That’s not losing progress.
