We’re excited to welcome Yulia to the Protea Movement community! Her teaching is grounded, empowering, and rooted in the belief that everyone belongs on the mat, exactly as they are. 💚

Pose breakdown ⭐️

Pyramid:
🤞hamstring stretch (both legs), squared hips, feet on train tracks, spine long as you fold forward.

Low Lunge:
🤞back foot steps father back as front leg bends, chin lifts to arch back, stretches back leg hip flexor, opens chest.
