Do I need to be fit to take Pilates?
Short answer… absolutely not 💗
Pilates isn’t something you do because you’re already fit.
It’s something you do to get stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be strong.
You don’t need any experience.
That’s literally what you’re here to build.
Pilates meets you where you’re at - whether you’re a complete beginner, coming back after a break, or just wanting to move better and feel better.
And the beauty of it?
Everything can be adjusted:
• Springs can be lighter or heavier
• Movements can be simplified or progressed
• Options can be given for *your* body
There is no “perfect” starting point.
There’s just starting.
