We are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to provide exceptional patient care and results through utilizing our multi-disciplinary, science-based holistic approach that gets the best results the safest way possible.You will help guide patients through diet and nutrition and supplementation, provide IV and NAD+ therapy, perform bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, review blood labs and make appropriate recommendations. Additionally provide speciality services such as micro needling, vitamin injections, prolotherapy, and PRP.
Compensation:
This is an independent contractor position; you would be provided with a 1099 at the end of each year and be responsible for paying taxes. Your income depends on you and how much you put into growing your practice with our team. There is great potential to earn substantial income.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a physician, medical school, or naturopathic medical training program
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment
- Malpractice Insurance that would cover yourself and our practice, too.
- EIN number
- NPI number
- DEA certificate
- Medical License Number.
- Completion of all the proper licensing and certifications.
- Must be licensed in the state of Arizona.
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions.
- Able to transition seamlessly into current system.
- Personable to both patients and colleagues.

Performance Objectives:
- Evaluate a patient's symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of treatment.
- Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal statutes and inform patients of all possible risks, complications and interference with other medications they may be taking
- Maintain regularly updated patients medical records that document all evaluations, medications, treatments, allergies, and test results
- Communicate with office staff and patients in the charging program within a timely manner
- Consult patients on topics, such as proper nutrition and fitness to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health
- Create a treatment plan for each patient per visit that they can easily follow
- Perform initial client screenings, patient history and physical examinations
- Analyze data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Serve as the resource for ongoing patient care, counseling and provide guidance to patients
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned. May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business
- Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, clients and center information
- Help grow the current offerings at the clinic to be the best and share our vision of a healthier, happier world
