1. Maintain Good Posture – Keep your back straight, shoulders relaxed, and avoid slouching when sitting or standing. If you work at a desk, adjust your chair and monitor height to support a neutral spine position.
2. Strengthen Core Muscles – Strong core muscles (abs, lower back, and hips) provide stability and reduce strain on the spine. Incorporate exercises like planks, bridges, and yoga to improve core strength.
