The holidays don’t look the same for everyone.
For some, they’re filled with laughter, traditions, and togetherness.
For others, they bring grief for loved ones or pets who are no longer here.
Some are celebrating from afar, missing family or home.
Some are navigating complicated family dynamics or choosing distance to protect their peace.
Some are serving, working, or sacrificing time with those they love.
Some are simply trying to get through the day.
If this season feels heavy, lonely, bittersweet, or different than you expected—your experience is valid.
There is no “right” way to feel during the holidays.
May this be a reminder to move gently with yourself and with others.
To check in, to listen without fixing, and to lead with compassion.
And if you’re struggling, know you are not alone—even if it feels that way right now.
However this season finds you, you deserve care, understanding, and kindness 🩵
