Stay Hydrated for a Healthy Pregnancy!

Did you know that drinking enough water during pregnancy is essential for both you and your baby?

Proper hydration helps:

-Support your baby’s growth and development

-Prevent common pregnancy discomforts like swelling and constipation

-Maintain healthy amniotic fluid levels

-Boost your energy and reduce fatigue

-Aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day and listen to your body’s thirst cues. Adding a splash of lemon or fresh fruit can make hydration even more enjoyable!

Remember, every sip counts on your amazing prenatal journey. Stay hydrated, mama!

Did you know that in your 2nd Trimester, your baby can actually taste the flavors in the amniotic fluid based on what you eat? That's right-while you are snacking, the baby gets a little preview. Another reason to nourish both of you with love.
