Most insurance companies recognize the benefits of supporting childbirth these days. If they cover any portion of doula services or childbirth education, it is worth asking your prospective doula if they can help you navigate that. (I CAN! 🎉)

If your friends and family want to support your birthing experience this way, it is a great option for crowd funding for a very exciting purpose 😍 babies only need a few outfits and diapers and to be held and fed. They dont need 16 contraptions, all of the accessories, or that thing that has bad reviews but you want it bc its cute 😂 you DO NEED someone who knows the proper way to do hip squeezes, rebozo sift, and the miles circuit tho 💁♀️
