Moss Lane was showing off today! Cool misty morning with beautiful views and a great group! Celebrating Tony making it to the dirt on Moss Lane 💪🏼, new runner friends 👯‍♂️ and wrapping up months long City to the Sea training with one final long run before the big day! Great work team!!

Incredibly beautiful fall morning on the west side of Templeton this morning! Cool breezes with sunny skies peeking through the live oaks makes Willow Creek magical, better appreciated once you get over all the climbs!

Welcome to Erin and great work to the cross fit crew for kicking b***y on those hills! Peak weeks mean tired legs and bodies for all of us but this team is crushing it!

Tuesday track night in Templeton with perfect fall weather 🍂

1K repeats are no joke, but gave us a great chance to lock in those half marathon paces.

Speed work makes the dream work ⚡ Track nights build strength, pace, and confidence, with no hills, cars, or stoplights to slow you down. Plus, it’s pretty hard to get lost running in circles. 😉

This crew crushed some serious miles this morning! 💪🏼 From Templeton Stair Stepper to Atascadero, we hit hills, speedy stretches, and even a few trail sections for a perfectly well-rounded run. Big welcome to Mike, Sophie, Tina, and Destiny for joining the fun. Hope to see you all back out soon! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️✨

Then of course, some classic run club shenanigans. Josh chatting mid-run (a skill he’s definitely earned 👏), haunted house detours, pony cuddles, and FaceTiming with Nicole who skipped the haunted house and then dusted ‘em the rest of the way 😂

It’s Medal Monday! 🏅🏅🏅 Congrats to our TRC runners that “survived” the Berlin marathon! Unseasonably hot temps ☀️made this feat even more challenging! We are all so proud of you and those that stuck with it! 🎉

TRC field trip to Avila Beach for a cool run before the run. Joined Running Warehouse for a pub run along the Bob Jones Trail followed by a few prizes and drinks with friends. Happy Saturday everyone!
