Cold and dark doesn’t stop this crew! Now with two options for Track on Tuesdays. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ One at 6:30am in Paso Robles (cold ❄️) and another at 6pm in Templeton (dark 🔦)! Winter running at its finest but so much better with these peeps to keep you company! Check out our Strava page for info on workouts and meetup locations!

It’s tough to get out when it’s cold but these runners were tougher! Staying consistent with your runs builds strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Every step brings us closer to our goals. Let’s keep pushing! 💪

We’re so grateful for both our old and new running friends. Proud of this team for having the courage to take on hard things, thankful for the friendships running creates, and so happy to be healthy enough to enjoy these beautiful places we get to run. 🧡🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

First chilly run of the season! Everyone was moving great after Athen’s Marathon, City to the Sea and Tierra Redonda Mountain Trail run! Little recovery time over the next few weeks and we’ll be back at it in no time.

Save the date for a Turkey Trot and one mile walk on Thanksgiving and our Ugly Christmas Sweater run on Dec 4th! Info on Strava!

Moss Lane was showing off today! Cool misty morning with beautiful views and a great group! Celebrating Tony making it to the dirt on Moss Lane 💪🏼, new runner friends 👯‍♂️ and wrapping up months long City to the Sea training with one final long run before the big day! Great work team!!

(Oh, and doesn’t everyone tag the sign if you make it to the end of Moss?! 🤣)
