Happy Saturday! Here's a light and gentle stretch to help your low back.

1. Start by kneeling on the floor on your hands and knees.
2. Take a deep breathe in and as you exhale drive your hips towards your heels with your knees pointing outwards.
3. Stretch your arms forward and let your head and body sag to the floor.
