When doing so, it makes it easier for you to feel well in your body and possible for you to have enough energy, stability, and motivation to live a healthy life. My holistic approach analyzes and treats the whole body, not just its individual parts. My goal is to really improve your health, not just mask the symptoms.

Everyone at some point or another wants to impress someone, even if that “someone” happens to be YOU. This need to impress starts from birth. Even before we have taken our first step our parents and family are rooting us on to crawl and eventually stand up. We don’t really know what they are getting so excited about but we do feel their excitement. Like I said we are still infants, so we really don’t have a fu***ng clue about life and what it expects of us. However, what we do know is that we are here we are here, living, breathing, sleeping, and sh****ng.

We ultimately want to impress because it is gratifying, we get that pat on the head and told, “good job!” But, what if we do not impress? What if we are unable to impress someone, or meet our potential, or give it our all? Is this something that comes from within or is this something that is out of our control? These are hard questions to ask ourselves. It really comes down to what is important to you. Excuses will be made, let downs take place, complaining, bitching, and giving up are all by products of your journey to ultimately do what you have been placed here to do.

Now, I have no fu***ng idea what it is YOU are here to do, but what I do know is that it is important to find a hobby, find what you enjoy, find what you hate, find out what makes you smile, as well as makes you angry. Find out your willingness to take on responsibility in specific tasks, as well as your unwillingness. It is ok to let people down. You will continue to let people down. But the one person you should never let down is yourself.

Be positive, be grateful, be productive for yourself. Don’t impress others, you’ll only let yourself down in the end. Focus on impressing yourself and see if you can make yourself smile even on a wack day.

Weakness vs. Strength.

STRENGTH is a strong point, a power, a worth or asset you embody, personal effectiveness and how you obtain that efficiency level.

WEAKNESS is a lack of strength, a disadvantage, a fault, an inefficiency.

Life is created from balance. Life vs. death, day vs. night, black vs. white, summer vs. winter, weakness vs. strength. Opposites are apart of one another and comprise one another. Therefore, strength is made from weakness. In order to create this strength, durability, energy, or potency you must be willing to hone in on your weaknesses. It's impossible to be the best at every single thing, but it is possible to work on your disadvantages and use them to boost your health, and sturdiness. Acceptance is key here. There is nothing wrong with having something you want to personally work on. If you like to play a sport, an instrument, to write, to cook, or anything creative...you must first look at your passion for that activity and take that as your strength. Then look at the area you want to improve upon(weakness) and shape and conform this field to make it your best. This is how we as individuals add to ourselves and make ourselves more us. Areas we feel about ourselves to be weak are just our own recognition we want to turn them into strengths and become better at, and never stop becoming better.

What are areas you feel to be inefficient in your life? We all have them, and they might change at certain points, but it's always important to accept them and know that YOU can turn them into excelling points, just stay positive and BE STRONG!

Waking up on this hot ass summer morning, nice to see no rain and finally heat, starting work at 10:30 on a monday is great too! Although, something had me feeling a bit off and pensive.

Our body's constantly crave balance in order to maintain our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. This principle comes from the philosophy of Ayurveda which allows people to understand their body's response to stress, the environment, the weather, and specific foods instead of trying to mold to the newest trend. It's important to work with your own bio rhythm in order to maintain synergy within. If you have ever felt being a little "off" it is because you are.

The recent change in season has prompted me to take a step back and re-evaluate some key components in my own life. I think summer is the perfect time for self-introspection and improvement. Beautiful, long, hot days that are much more relaxing and give time to make adjustments or become more driven to take YOUR life back into your own hands. We all become a little complacent or stagnant at times which only means, INDIVIDUALLY, we know there's more to accomplish.

So on this scorcher; work, meditate, swim, run, eat, play, f**k, drink, do anything that adds to YOU and creates balance and happiness to get you a little closer to being balanced. YOU will never be unhappy by striving and being a little better. ENJOY THIS MONDAY!!!

It is my goal to help people eat what is right for THEIR individual bodies. You want to feel powered throughout the day and keep feeling nourished and clean. In the plan to restorATE your plate©, together you and I will take inventory of your food storage, and utensils; see what foods you like, what foods you have too much of, and what you need to incorporate more of. It is necessary to have the proper utensils to be safe and make your time more enjoyable and easier while cooking! The goal is to create an ideal shopping list and give your kitchen a makeover! Shopping is essential to know what to search for and where to find it. The best part is, I will show you! Food stores carry certain ingredients that are important for our body’s health, but also ones that are detrimental to our health. It is imperative to be able to decipher between harmful and helpful ingredients in packaged foods and what brands to stay away from.
Here comes the fun part; creating two meals that I will show you how to prepare and you will be able to add to your cooking arsenal. This will build confidence in the kitchen and get you thinking about new, fun ways to construct meals. Let’s unleash that inner chef that I know everyone has, and get to renovating!

It turned out to be an INCREDIBLE day! Always listening and waiting for weather predictions, it's much easier to just let the weather be weather; or things be as they are for that matter. Learn how to see with your heart. Try shifting your perspective, to talk better to yourself and others. Change your language in order to see "your"self. When you bash yourself, or are in the middle of a rant you are not able to be thankful. it’s impossible to be simultaneously in a state of appreciation and fear, which is why gratitude and appreciation are antidotes to fear. The words I speak to myself and to others really do alter my perception of the world. Recognize toxic language and shift it into the positive. Instead of worrying, accepting blame, shame, or downfalls, create what YOU want for yourself!

Sometimes the slightest things can change the direction of our lives. Without understanding our true selves this can be difficult to adapt to and deal with over time.
