In addition, CHCS also provides a 340(b) pharmacy, pharmacy delivery. podiatry, gynecology, telehealth, chronic care management, health education, disease prevention programs, community outreach, and enrollment services. We accept patients without insurance as well as patients with insurance. We accept all forms of insurance and strongly believe our clients have the right to quality care that meets their needs regardless of ability to pay.
