Newbies Part 3! Effective now π€©
Upon entry of the shop, you'll be able to grab a new service menu! This one is just focused on the massage aspect of the business. I will have a seperate menu coming soon for the sugar and salt scrubs, soaks, and other new services!
Although most of the services seem the same, I did add some extra time frames for established massages! Most were either 60 or 90 minutes only prior. I've added a 75 minute option for most services. I have also added longer session options. This was Definitely a highly asked option from established clients!
New to the menu entirely:
Luxury Swedish!
This is a LONG session. 180 minutes. This allows me to provide a slow, very intentional service. This is THE relaxing service if that's what you're looking for.
For those unfamiliar, a Swedish Massage is the classic, light pressure, relaxing session. Swedish is what I always recommend for those new to massages!
So what makes this Luxury vs a regular massage?
1. More time on the heated table! Personally, I feel 60 minutes can feel rushed even though I am not actually rushing. I often hear, "man, the time went so quickly"
2. More time on high tension areas! Feet bothering you extra bad? Want more time with scalp and face? I have the time to really focus and gently work on specific areas of concern!
3. More hot towels! Normally you'd receive two complimentary hot towels. (Those usually are placed on your back.)
β¨οΈ Booking a luxury Swedish with me gives you more towels for other areas at your preference! Want them also wrapped around your feet? Shoulders? Draped on your neck? I got you covered!
4. An add on is included!
Focused hot stones βοΈ
Aromatherpy βοΈ
Focused Sugar or Salt scrub βοΈ
BiofreezeβοΈ
Just let me know which one you prefer when booking!
5. Options to add in glute or abdominal massage! This luxury Swedish allows the time needed to incorporate those areas! I understand those areas are not comfortable for everyone and that is ALWAYS respected! Your session is YOUR session from start to finish.
Glute tension/trigger points can often play a huge role in lower back pain! The Piriformis muscle sits below the gluteus maximus. Issues with the piriformis can often mimic sciatica pain. If this sounds like something you're struggling with, please feel free to discuss adding glute massage into your session!
Abdominal massage is a light, intentional aspect working in a circular motion. It helps relax the muscles and aids in digestion! Tight abdominal muscles can pull on the ribs, hips, and other important structures creating tension, restrictions, or misalignment!
Also new:
Therapists Choice!
I decided to add this option as I have often encountered individuals that have tension but do not want to commit to deep tissue OR just dont know what they want to book! This session will be a mix of relaxation and tension release. Pressure is always at the clients preference. This will allow me to start the session, then adjust modalities, techniques, and pressures as I see appropriate for the muscle conditions.
And lastly (for this post that is)
I have purchased an electric massage chair! This chair has multiple options to choose from so you can customize your time! It has a heating option, zero gravity option, rollers, and compression! The rollers and compression can be customized with the touch of a button! This chair also has a Bluetooth feature! You are able to connect your phone and play whatever you'd like to! If no preference, I can always connect and play relaxing sounds for you! This is a great option for those that aren't comfortable with the full hands on massage experience or have a small amount of time available.. so think lunch breaks, a quick stop after work etc!
I will have blankets nearby for you as well with the electric massage chair for extra comfort! This is available and at the shop now. This is more of a walk in vs booking.
January and February are limited to when I'm at the shop. Walk in availability for this Will be substantially more available starting March!
