A MESSAGE from Sally and Stanley~

Due to several off campus private sound bath events, we will only be having one SOUND BATH this month. Please consider joining us for our Sunday, December 21st Winter Solstice Sound Bath at noon-1:30 in the Shine Free Wellness Center’s amazing EES room!
On this darkest day of the year, we have an opportunity to turn to our inner light. What is it that we are ready to release? What inner wisdom has surfaced this year? What do I want to bring into the returning light? There is a gift that comes in this time of darkness; a time to slow down, find stillness and allow for reflection. It is ironic that this time of year encourages us to do the opposite~holiday rushing, hustle and bustle. We hope that you will create quiet space for yourself on this solstice and would love to have you join us for our solstice reflection and final sound bath of 2025.

🌙 So I didn’t even realize this month’s meditation is ON the New Moon!

🌙 This means we’ll be manifesting!!

🌙The New Moon in Scorpio is wanting us to shed what has been holding us back and push forward with something we have wanted to try or experience.

🌙 We’ll find ways to rebirth yourself Wednesday night, even if it’s a small step. We’ll let go of the fear, so we can step into something new.

This Somatic Breathwork Experience will be held inside the Energy Enhancement Room, amplifying the healing potential of your journey. As you move through breathwork, your body will also be supported by the restorative frequencies and elevated energy of the room itself, deepening your relaxation, cellular renewal, and energetic alignment. Together, breathwork and the energy-enhanced environment create a powerful synergy, allowing you to release deeper layers of tension, recharge your nervous system, and access profound states of clarity, healing, and inner peace.

The breathwork, from start to finish, will be about 75 minutes. You are invited to stay the remainder of time to complete the 2-hour session in the Energy Enhancement Room (the recommended time for best results/total reset).
