Congratulations Nancy Matson, RN, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
With over 30 years experience in nursing, Nancy Matson, RN, has become an integral part of our community. Nancy was drawn to nursing by a deep and enduring passion for serving others. Her commitment radiates through her daily interactions with residents and teammates alike. Whether providing hands-on care, guiding a new nurse, or lending a hand behind the scenes, Nancy is the kind of nurse who makes everyone’s day a little easier and brighter.
Nancy was nominated for her compassion, critical thinking, and excellence. She always goes the extra mile, often without recognition, ensuring tasks are followed through with precision and empathy. She does the right thing, even when no one is watching, and her attention to detail has a profound impact on both resident outcomes and team morale.
