Happy Monday from Sycamore Manor! 🌞💪
We kicked off the week with our Monday Morning Stretch, and what a great way to start the day! Stretching and light exercise in the morning helps wake up the body, improve flexibility, boost circulation, and increase energy levels for the day ahead. It’s also a wonderful way to reduce stiffness and support overall wellness—especially as we stay active and independent!
Our residents did an amazing job getting moving, sharing smiles, and setting a positive tone for the week. 💛
