Please join us in welcoming Tammy Geltmaker to as a Program Director! In her role, Tammy supports the Indiana Rural Health Transformation Technical Assistance Network (RHT-TAN), a statewide initiative focused on enhancing healthcare access, quality, and outcomes in rural communities.

Tammy brings more than three decades of healthcare experience, with deep expertise in leadership, program management, and quality improvement. She has spent 20 years leading quality improvement strategies for federal and state contracts, with a strong focus on population health, chronic disease prevention, care coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and addressing health disparities.
