We are delighted to welcome Kelsey Turner, MPA, as our new Outreach & Marketing Director! In this role, Kelsey will lead strategic communications and outreach initiatives that support IRHA’s mission to improve the health and well-being of rural Hoosiers.

Kelsey brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit communications, marketing, and outreach. She holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and interactive media design from the University of Southern Indiana.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys reading, spending time with her two cats, and playing on a recreational sand volleyball team.
