As a nurse preceptor, Jeannine has gone above and beyond in her role. Her time, dedication, and tireless work have played a vital role in ensuring that our nurses are not only well-prepared but truly confident in delivering the high level of care that our patients and their families deserve.

Jeannine’s deep expertise in hospice care does not go unnoticed. Her compassion, grace, and patience extend not only to our new employees but to our entire team.

She has truly lifted a weight off the shoulders of our PCMs and DCS, allowing us to stay focused on patient care, all while knowing that our new staff are being trained and supported in the best way possible.

We released butterflies in memory of those who have passed at Aperion Care Summerfield in Cloverdale, Indiana. Summerfield provides long-term care for individuals with Huntington's Disease. Butterflies are an important symbol of their facility as they represent awareness and hope for the disease. We were so honored to provide this memorial for the residents and incredibly caring staff.
