Happiness Bag WILL be open, tomorrow, Weds., Jan. 28th. We will open at 7:30am and close, per usual at 5:00pm. Our vans will run, but if a roadway is not fully cleared, will NOT attempt to drive through. Please advise Latesha or Keegan, if your loved one/friend will NOT be attending or if your road/street is not fully cleared.
