This month we are celebrating 6 very special Harshaversaries!

Chris has been a valued part of HAC for an incredible eight years! He helps kick off each morning with his signature music jams, bringing energy and positivity get us ready. Chris is always eager to step into fun, imaginative roles for the kiddos, and his genuine care shines through in every interaction. With his creativity and playful spirit, he has a unique ability to make just about anything motivating and reinforcing for our clients.

Jayden has been with Harsha for 5 years! Starting as an RBT and growing into a BCBA, his journey is such an amazing reflection of his dedication and passion for the field. Jayden is always striving to create meaningful, high-quality programming that leads to strong outcomes for his clients. His clients truly adore him. We’re so proud to have watched him grow!

Hannah has been with Harsha for 4 years! Where would we be without her?! We truly hit the Clinical Director jackpot. Hannah is deeply committed to always finding the best ways to support our clients and is always bringing forward creative ideas to make our clinic even better. Her knowledge and leadership are unmatched, and we will never stop celebrating how lucky we are to have her!

Kala has been with HAC for 3 years! She excels in behavior management and is always up for a challenge, approaching each situation with confidence and skill. Kala consistently demonstrates strong program fidelity, ensuring that interventions are implemented with accuracy and care to support the best outcomes for her clients.

Jorge has been part of HAC for 2 years! He is a true team player who is always ready to lift others up with a positive pep talk. Jorge never passes a client without offering a friendly “hi” or a high-five, and his energy makes a difference every day. He consistently dives into programming with dedication, and you can always count on him to get the job done right. We’re so lucky to have him on our team!

Ashley has been with us for 1 year! Ashley truly exudes patience and compassion, and she always shows up ready and willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. She’s such a joy to talk with and is always eager to share how proud she is of her clients’ progress. Her positivity shines so bright throughout the center!

This month we are celebrating 2 of our RBT’s Harshaversaries! Both Brooklyn and Aireona (Ona) have been with us for a year!

Ona: Ona has an incredible ability to step in with any client and consistently gives her very best. She approaches each session with care, intention, and a deep commitment to the clients she serves. She is always willing to lend a listening ear and is someone both staff and clients feel comfortable talking to and trusting. She implements programs with strong fidelity and attention to detail, and it is always evident how much she genuinely cares about the progress, well-being, and success of every client she works with.

Brooklyn: Brooklyn is an incredible support to our preschool program, bringing consistency, flexibility, and positivity to everything she does. On days when she is not assigned to the preschool classroom, she seamlessly steps in to support any client in the building, demonstrating strong clinical skills and adaptability across settings. She approaches every client with patience, compassion, and a genuinely positive attitude, making her a trusted and valued member of our team. Beyond her clinical skills, she is simply a joy to work with and contributes to a supportive, collaborative environment for both clients and staff.
