Right Choice DAT We are a collection site for drug and alcohol testing, fingerprinting, and DNA testing. We also are an approved TPA for the CCS Program. PH: 812-235-3153.

We also offer pre-employment and DOT physicals, random testing programs, and on site company testing. Please note we take our last DOT Drug Screen one hour prior to close and the last Non-DOT drug screens are taken 30 mins prior to close. We are located in Terre Haute, 3205 S 3rd Pl Terre Haute In 47802 and Bloomfield 624 S US Hwy 231 Bloomfield In 47424. Right Choice DAT specializes in drug and alcohol testing, DNA collection, and fingerprinting. We opened our doors in May of 2004 in Terre Haute, Indiana. We perform all collections following the guidelines and protocol of the Department of Transportation (DOT). We are committed to maintaining the privacy of the donor as well as the integrity of the collected specimen. We are affiliated with several labs including Alere/Kroll, Quest, Psychemedics, MedTox, CRL, E-Screen, and Lab-Corp. Our Mission is to provide excellent service to our clients in a timely and professional manner. We work with individuals and companies. We are quick and easy to work with. No appointments necessary, except for physicals, walk-in & walk-out with little to no waiting!! We will also do on-site testing for your business. We offer the following Testing Procedures :1) Non-Federal 5-panel, lab tested drug screens with an MRO's signature (testing COC, M-AMP, THC, OPI, & P*P) 2) Federal 5-panel, lab tested drug screen with an MRO's signature(testing THC, COC, P*P, OPI, & AMP) 3) Quick Read 5-Panel Urine Drug Screen- completed in our facility. Negative results are instant. If the result is non-negative, the sample will be sent to the lab for confirmation testing and a C-MRO Review.(testing COC, M-AMP, THC, OPI, P*P) 4) Quick Read 10-Panel Urine Drug Screen- completed in our facility, Negative results are instant. If the result is non-negative, the sample will be sent to the lab for confirmation testing and a C-MRO Review.(testing COC, M-AMP, THC, MTD, M**A, OPI, OXY, P*P, BAR, BZO)
