A student-run, free community clinic promoting health, wellness, and prevention. Appointments and walk-ins are always welcome! The Mollie R. Wheat.

Wheat Memorial Clinic is a community-based medical clinic founded in memory of Mollie R. The Clinic serves the dual purpose of providing an educational venue at which students share in the governance and administration of the clinic with Indiana University School of Medicine faculty, staff, and community partners and providing healthcare to individuals who may have barriers to healthcare access. Our mission is to educate and prepare future rural healthcare workers in an inter-professional environment by enriching and caring for the underserved population in our community.

Mollie Wheat Memorial Clinic will be holding Women's specialty day on January 10th, 2026! This is a little earlier than previous years, so we wanted to give an early heads up to allow for everyone to prepare for their annual screenings. Join us Saturday for Gynecology/Women's Health day. 💟🩺

Many free services will be offered including lab work, cervical cancer screenings, STI testing, breast exams, mammogram referrals, and more. We will be open from 8am-12pm.

MWMC is open this Saturday, December 13th from 8am-noon! 🤩 This will be our last clinic date of 2025 🎉 Our student teams are looking forward to seeing you and we will be providing healthcare for any primary care need for all patients!

The clinic is located at the Landsbaum Center for Health Education at 1433 N 6th 1/2 St, Terre Haute, IN 47807.

We are overjoyed that the community has been able to utilize our Vaccine for Children and Adult Vaccine Programs! To help with efficiency and demand, we are requesting that all vaccine encounters are by appointment only. This will help to ensure that all patients are seen in a reasonable time and that the clinic is carrying the appropriate vaccines for your visit!
