If you’re ever looking for a reason to smile at Springhill Village, just follow the sound of laughter and look of a clean floor…it will likely lead you straight to Kimberly Jones, our Quest for Excellence Winner!

As Housekeeping Manager and everyone’s go-to helping hand, Kim has been spreading joy and sparkle around our community for nearly nine years. Inspired by a fresh start after running a heating and cooling company, Kim dove into senior care with heart and hasn’t looked back.

Her dedication to our residents, her teammates, and even her furry friends (shoutout to Zeus the English Mastiff and Lola the Pomeranian) is unmatched. With four kids, two grandkids, a love for mushroom hunting, and a knack for throwing a mean party spread, Kim brings warmth and fun wherever she goes. Her co-workers describe her as the one who is “always up for the task” and ready to lend a hand or a smile.

Compassionate, accountable, and genuinely devoted, Kim is the heart of Springhill Village, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate her as our Quest for Excellence star!

🎃October was a whirlwind of fun at Springhill Village!🎃

Our residents kicked things off with a wild Penny War that ended in three brave staff members getting pied in the face 🎉. Then we welcomed over 340 kids for a community Trunk or Treat, where our residents handed out candy and shared lots of smiles. We wrapped up the month with a Halloween Bash full of games, great food, and a photo booth that captured all the spooky vibes. What a month!! 👻 What was your favorite Halloween moment this year?
