This scholarship honors Dr. Combs, a lifelong supporter of nursing education and a dedicated physician and administrator at Union Hospital who exemplified a commitment to quality health care. 🩺

📌 Eligibility:
- Enrolled in or accepted into associate or baccalaureate nursing programs at Indiana State University
- Demonstrated financial need to complete nursing education
- Full-time enrollment and minimum 3.0 GPA required for maintaining the scholarship
