Union Health Foundation Founded in 1985 as a 501(c)3, Union Health Foundation is dedicated to the advancement of healthcare services in the Wabash Valley.

Union Health Foundation provides funding for medical equipment, continuing education, patient assistance programs, healthcare services and community health initiatives.
