Come join our team & together we can assist families with their hospice journey. In my position as the Director of Marketing I have seen a growth In the need of hospice services. It is my pleasure to be able to help people understand the philosophy of hospice by educating them. I have learned that hospice can be a beautiful & peaceful journey so with God’s grace we are able to serve the people living in 13 counties. Alinea’s professional staff are experienced to ensure all patient and family needs are met. Our staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including Holidays. It is our belief that every patient deserves the best care and AFHC accepts, Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance and at times, special circumstance Patients. This is one of the most important times in someone's life and our Compassionate team will be there to care for patients and their loved ones every step of the way. When you have a life limiting illness, it can be easy to loose hope. The illness you have may cause so much pain that you just need some extra help. Your doctor may suggest hospice if the illness and the pain cause you distress. Hospice may be a difficult topic for most, but with the right education and care plan, you could start living a better quality of life. Alinea Family Hospice Care is here to help restore that hope. We provide bereavement coordinators to assist both patients and families deal with grief. Workshops and support groups are also available to provide additional support as needed.
