If you look for evidence the world is a terrible place you will find it, no doubt. 

The opposite is also true. If you look for evidence that the world is full of beauty, you will find that, too. 

Focusing on the good exists while acknowledging our personal and collective afflictions, can coexist. 

We have the freedom to choose our mindset.
Nobody else can do that for us, and that’s a good thing🕊️🩵

Get in the habit of asking yourself if what you’re thinking about is actually true or something you have created in your mind.

So many of our thoughts are on repeat and are a result of beliefs we have that are simply outdated. When we practice awareness  of which thoughts deserve our attention, we come off of autopilot and begin living more intentionally🩵
