A heartfelt thank you to Heritage Home Health and Hospice for hosting another wonderful monthly day party for our residents! Mr. Don's music had everyone smiling, tapping their feet, and enjoying every moment. 🎸✨

We are especially blessed to welcome Tommy Dixon back after the medical ordeal he bravely overcame last month. We truly missed him and are so thankful to see him recovering well and back with us. ❤️

Grateful for community partners who bring joy, support, and heart to our residents each month!
