As we move into Easter, we also embrace a little fun and the joy of bringing out our inner child! 🐣🌷 Our Concho Hearts Hospice team celebrated with an employee Easter egg hunt, and the excitement did not disappoint!

Today was such a special day getting to spend time at Avir at Citizens Trail for their Easter egg hunt! 🐣💐

Tony and I had the absolute best time helping celebrate with the residents and seeing so many smiles, laughs, and sweet moments shared. Events like this are such a beautiful reminder of how important it is to create joy and meaningful experiences for those we care for.

A huge shoutout to Carlissa, the activity director, who is truly one of a kind. She goes above and beyond every single time to make sure her residents feel loved, celebrated, and included—and it never goes unnoticed. 💛

Easter is such a special time of year, reminding us of hope, renewal, and the love of Jesus. It’s a season that encourages us to slow down, appreciate the blessings around us, and share kindness wherever we can.

We are so thankful to have been a part of today! ✝️🐰💕

Today we had the pleasure of celebrating two truly incredible members of our team, Fredrica and Amy, with a small appreciation lunch in honor of Social Worker Appreciation Month. 💛

Social workers are such an essential part of hospice care. They walk alongside our patients and families during some of the most difficult moments in life, offering guidance, emotional support, and compassion when it’s needed most. They help navigate resources, provide comfort, and ensure that no one feels alone in their journey.

Fredrica and Amy, your kindness, strength, and dedication do not go unnoticed. The way you advocate for our patients and support our team is something we are so grateful for every single day.

Thank you for the hearts you pour into your work and for the difference you make in so many lives. We appreciate you more than words can express. ❤️
