QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique

This is a method of hypnosis that was developed and taught by Dolores Cannon. Dolores developed and later taught this method and used it successfully for a span of almost 50 years.

It is a hypnosis that dips into the somnambulistic state of mind which allows us to tap into our subconscious in a way that provides a door to profound healing.

At times we may experience physical ailments or repeating patterns in our life that seem to be harder to change than a simple habit. That is because our subconscious mind is really what our conscious mind is following. We are sometimes unaware of wounds or blocks that govern how we show up in the world and in our every day lives.

QHHT goes into the state of relaxation that allows us to have open communication with that underlying operating system. You first go to past lives or past experiences that may be causing a big imprint on who you are now. Next we call upon your subconscious and have a direct conversation about topics or issues you wish to gain clarity on.

You can ask about 10 questions to gain a deeper understanding. Also we can ask for assistance from your subconscious for a deep healing regarding these issues or anything you feel is needed.

Creating a collaboration with your subconscious operating system and your conscious way of living can help you to reach a profound level of healing.

It is my intention that our session will allow letting go of things that no longer serve you , allow you to show up more authentically for yourself and empower you to shine your unique light!!!
