🎄🎁 Our Heritage Home Health & Hospice Christmas Party 2025 was truly something special! ✨
We came together at Crossties to celebrate another year of compassion, hard work, and heart, and we’re still smiling thinking about it!!! ❤️💚
This night was about the caregivers, nurses, aides, chaplains, therapists, staff, ALL of the team members who pour so much love into our patients and families every single day. Seeing everyone together, laughing, celebrating, and just enjoying one another was the greatest gift of all!
A huge THANK YOU to Crossties Event Venue for hosting us, and for your incredible staff and bartenders who took such great care of our team all night long.

🎈 Jackie with Inflated Love, your balloon displays were absolutely STUNNING. From the gorgeous photo booth arch to every detail, you truly made the space magical!!!
This party was a huge success, full of laughter, love, and celebration, and this post is merely a tiny highlight reel of a beautiful night surrounded by an even more beautiful team.
