Please take a moment to read and consider signing this petition. Mental health care will be impacted by this pandemic. Therapists and clients who typically visit face-to-face need the support of insurance companies to assure clients have access to teletherapy during this time for continuity of care. Prior to the pandemic, teletherapy has not been universally reimbursed by insurance companies. This has been a barrier to access of care by many people and it will continue to be a barrier unless there are more universal guidelines regarding reimbursement.
