When you love someone, you want the best for them. You wish them happiness, relaxation, love, comfort and good health. Some people are so busy taking good care of others that they completely neglect themselves. Some probably dont even realize the adverse effects of this lack of self care until they are physically ill. How sad is that?

Massage and Reiki are effective and wonderful ways of caring for the mind, body and spirit.
