Boundaries aren’t mean.
But people who benefited from your lack of them will say they are.
One of the most common issues I see people coming in with revolve around boundaries. How do I set them? What if people say I’m mean? What if I am judged for them? What even are my boundaries?
If we break it down and get to the root of it, many times we can see much of the anxiety we experience daily is directly correlated to unspoken boundaries. My goal is to help you feel confident in your boundaries, and learn how to set them in a way that feels congruent to you.
