βœ… Are you ready to start eating and training however you want without sabotaging results? If so… we need to talk

βœ… When I was born I was diagnosed with a tumor called "hemangioma" on my left calf. It is a benign tumor made up of blood vessels that grew to the largest tumor my doctor has ever seen.
βœ… It limited me in many ways due to its excruciating pain it caused when it came to direct external contact. I was limited to very minimal physical contact activity Martial arts( when sparring had to wear extra protective gear around the left calf) and running.
βœ… I got made fun of ruthlessly as a child, due to the fact that the mass caused me to limp and it looked weird. I’d go home crying on a consistent basis and didn’t have many friends.
βœ… The whole situation got so bad I essentially gave up on life and school and just went home and did nothing but watching tv. I ended up getting extremely out of shape.
βœ… One day at lunch in the cafeteria, I arm wrestled a girl and lost badly. In middle, school this was considered a great embarrassment (Kids logic). So, I was made fun of ruthlessly for weeks.
