I know these words don’t change anything or take any of the sadness away, but I hope you can find comfort in knowing that I was once in that really dark place and got out of it, and you can too.

All I can say is, it does get better and that holding on will be worth it. I know sometimes things can feel unbearable, but please carry on. Sit with the feeling and trust that it will pass. It won’t always feel like this. Please keep going💙
