Performance Equine Associates, a 5 doctor, full-service equine-only practice located in Thackerville, OK is looking for veterinary assistants/technicians! We are looking for those who are dedicated, trustworthy, can work well with a large team, and have a love for equine patients. Performance Equine has multiple positions available for both day and night assistants/technicians.

Assistants/technicians are responsible for assisting veterinarians in lameness exams, surgeries, performing bloodwork, handling horses, managing hospital patients, and administering oral and injectable medications.

Each assistant/technician will be trained to be placed on call with the other veterinary assistants/technicians to assist with emergency surgeries on a rotating schedule.
