Traditional weight loss fails trauma survivors because it demands discipline,
when what you actually needed was safety.
You can’t diet your way out of a nervous system that’s still in survival mode.
You can’t starve your way out of cortisol.
You can’t out-run a body that’s trying to protect you.
But you can heal.
You can rebuild trust with your body.
You can lose weight without losing yourself.
This is the work I do.
