We would like to welcome a new addition to our Program: Dr Ibrahim El Husseini as one of our Associate Program Directors đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź

Dr El Husseini graduated from the Universite Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth, Lebanon in 2013. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Lincoln Hospital in 2017. Dr El Husseini went on to pursue a fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at Rutgers University-RWJ Medical School where he subsequently joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at RWJ University Hospital/RWJMS. During his time at Rutgers University, he won numerous teaching awards, led the POCUS curriculum for the fellowship as well as serving as the Medical Director of the Intensive Care Unit at RWJUH. He joined the Pulmonary & Critical Care Division in August of 2025.
