It's a real demand for most of the people of the world. My practical journey to become obesity free started just two years back and now I'm 100% OBESITY FREE at the age of 50. It's really very easy and simple process to get rid of it, if someone willing! Today’s run at Ferry Point Park was an absolutely breathtaking experience. As I moved along the path, I was gifted with the stunning view of a beautiful sunset painting the sky behind the distant silhouette of the World Trade Center, its glass glowing with reflected fire. Then, as dusk deepened into night, the scene transformed, and I found myself capturing the gentle, silvery moonlight beaming down overhead, illuminating the elegant arches of the white stone bridge. The transition from the day's final golden light to the quiet, celestial glow was utterly magical, a feeling so amazing and profoundly peaceful that it was truly unforgettably memorable.

আজ আমি ফেরি পয়েন্ট পার্কে দৌড়াচ্ছিলাম, বিশ্ব বাণিজ্য কেন্দ্রের পেছনে আসমানের নিচে আটলান্টিকের সুন্দর সূর্যাস্ত উপভোগ করছিলাম। উজ্জ্বল রঙগুলো আকাশে আঁকা এবং পানিতে প্রতিফলিত হয়ে breathtaking পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করছিল। পরে, আমি সাদা পাথরের সেতুর উপরে চাঁদের আলো ধরতে থামলাম, এটি আমার জন্য একটি বিস্ময়কর এবং আশ্চর্যজনক অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল। অনুভূতি ছিল চমৎকার, সম্পূর্ণভাবে অবিস্মরণীয়। আমি আমার দৌড়ের মধ্যে একটি ব্যক্তিগত মাইলফলকও উদযাপন করলাম, প্রকৃতির সৌন্দর্যে ডুবে আমার ১৮৫ তম হাফ ম্যারাথনটি সম্পন্ন করলাম। এটি একটি দিন ছিল যা শারীরিক অর্জন এবং প্রকৃতির শান্তি একসাথে মিশিয়ে দিয়েছিল।
