I couple lymphatic drainage in the Bronx + At Home with regular stomach massage. The deeper pressure helps you to relax when youre not used to the lighter pressure that is manual lymphatic drainage.✨

You’ll feel lighter, brighter, more refreshed. It relieves bloating, helps with cramps, and rids your body of excess fluid/debris.

Sometimes you can see it aesthetically but for the most part you’ll FEEL better.

This is different than how we’d do your post op lymphatic drainage because right after surgery you will only be able to take an extremely light pressure to relieve swelling.
