The Lincoln Hospital Wellness Program recently hosted a painting session, giving our team a much-needed chance to step away from the daily rush and decompress through art. It was wonderful to see everyone swapping stethoscopes for paintbrushes for an afternoon of creativity. We had a wonderful time celebrating new beginnings at the Lincoln Hospital Baby Shower! It was a joy to bring expecting moms and parents-to-be together for an afternoon of games, connection, and community support.

Our Kindness Event at Lincoln Hospital focused on the connection between how we treat each other and how we treat our patients. When we support our colleagues with patience and understanding, we create an environment where excellent patient care flourishes.

Kindness isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s medicine. Whether it’s holding a patient’s hand during a difficult moment or grabbing a coffee for a busy coworker, these moments define our culture. To celebrate this, we handed out awards to specific departments and staff members who set the standard for compassion.
