If you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or just craving some fresh air and mom-to-mom connection like me, I created this for you.

I’m hosting a free, Doula Walk & Talk at Walnut Beach. It’s a steady, stroller-friendly walk where you can ask birth questions, talk through postpartum newness, or enjoy some grown-up conversation with other local moms. Kids and strollers totally welcome, I’ll be walking with mine too!

I stand on this: if it were really just about *supporting moms* Meta & Bobbie/ByHeart/other formula companies would funnel their advertising budget / profits to covering at least ONE lactation support session per family. But they won’t. Cause it’s not about support- it’s about increasing their profits, so let’s demonetize these posts and make it one step closer to sending the gross marketing tactics.
