Sadly, Throggs Neck Pharmacy on East Tremont Avenue has closed its doors sending its customers' prescription records to a chain pharmacy.

BUT, you do have a choice. You can easily have your prescriptions transferred to Pilgrim Pharmacy.

Update 04/02/2020

As of March 17th, per the recommendation of the CDC, all routine eye care at Throggs Neck Vision Associates has been suspended until further notice, in order to slow the transmission of COVID-19.

However, we are still available. We did not abandon you!

For the time being we are available to triage all urgent and emergent issues.

What does this mean?

1) If you need to replace/repair glasses or need contact lenses please contact us and we will assist you. All contact lenses are being shipped directly to your home.

2) If you are in need of a refill on medication we can transmit it electronically to your pharmacy.

3) If you have an issue which cannot wait for an office visit, contact us and we will schedule a virtual visit.

4) If you have an ocular emergency we are, as always, available to help you at any time. Call the office for instructions on how to reach Dr. Lomonaco.

The office will remain open for the time being. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

In addition, if you are elderly and are concerned about being in the office, Dr. Lomonaco will schedule appointments before normal business hours.
