The New Pause Symposium on October 4th, 2025 held at Convene was co hosted by The Swell and Stripes beauty was an empowering afternoon for women to gather and form a collective consciousness to find community ,and address the significant women’s health issues in midlife that have been far too long ignored and overlooked. It is imperative that we lead our own awakening and advocate for Women’s Health Research & Equity in the significant morbidities that we face in midlife and transform this era as our most impactful chapter! This movement has been a blessing and I’m grateful to be involved in Women’s Health Political Action Committee because it’s a nonpartisan issue . As a physician and Breast Cancer Survivor, this commitment change transform lives and women we are worth it . We have come a long way baby !
