🔔 Reflections Expands: Two New PHP/IOP Offices Now Open in Texas!

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve officially opened two new Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient (PHP/IOP) programs this month. This expansion brings our high-quality mental health care to six sites statewide.

📍 Oak Lawn, Dallas, TX
Located in the heart of the “gayborhood,” our Oak Lawn site is an LGBTQ+ affirming program offering adult mental health services, with co-occurring care options.

📍 Austin, TX
Our Austin office extends our reach into central Texas, bringing comprehensive psychiatric and therapeutic care to adults in the area.

Both programs feature:
🕘 PHP/IOP: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
💼 On-site psychiatry
🧠 Group therapy
👥 Individual therapy (no additional cost)
🏠 Family therapy
🧑‍⚕️ 2–3 psychiatric meetings per week

This milestone reflects the incredible work of our team and our ongoing mission to elevate mental health outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care in an intimate setting.

With over three years of experience in the mental health and recovery field—including direct care and utilization review at The Haven Texas—Cooper brings deep compassion and insight to our adult services team.

Based in the Dallas Oak Lawn area, Cooper is passionate about expanding access to LGBTQ-focused mental health care across the DFW metroplex. As the co-founder of Yule Sober Living, he’s been a driving force in creating safe, affirming spaces for healing and recovery.

🌟 Therapist Highlight: Jolie Carr, LMSW 👏

Meet Jolie Carr, one of our outstanding adolescent group therapists at Reflections Lifestyle Center. With a master's is social work from Baylor University and a clinical concentration in trauma response, Jolie is a deeply skilled clinician. Her background spans private practice, advocacy centers, PHP/IOP settings, and educational settings. She is EMDR trained and frequently integrates evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) into her work with adolescents and adults.

Jolie's calm presence, strong clinical instinct, and passion for helping others make her an invaluable part of our team. She creates a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

Spring Break doesn’t mean a break from mental health.

We get it — Spring Break usually means vacations, beach days, and a break from the routine. But for those struggling with their mental health, consistency is key.

That’s why Reflections Lifestyle Center is staying open during Spring Break. Gaps in treatment can make a tough situation even tougher, and the last thing we want is for anyone to end up in crisis or the hospital because support wasn’t available.

So while the world takes a breather, we’re here — running our PHP and IOP programs like always:
