This past weekend, Dr. Andrew Oteo and Dr. Tyler Middleton took on the IRONMAN 70.3 Dallas – Little Elm… and crossed that finish line strong 💪

With challenging Texas wind conditions throughout the bike and run, this race was no joke. Gusty crosswinds made for a tough ride, and the heat + dry air added another layer of grit needed to finish.

But just like we tell our patients every day… 👉 Consistency, preparation, and resilience win.
