If you are recovering from an injury and want to start an exercise program, join us on Wed at 8:30 a.m. Using props to help with balance and flexibility... a true Gentle and Slow Yoga Program. Energetic and challenging at times going with the requests of the attendees. This is YOUR yoga class... Here to lead and grow in strength, flexibility and balance.

YES! We will have chair Yoga on Tuesday at 7 pm at First United Methodist Church The Colony. Bring a friend and have some fun. Got a Christmas shirt or socks or Santa hat. Please wear it and remind me to take a picture!! Merry Christmas!!!
